Your OBGYN or Midwife is a very important person in your life right now. And we are here to help you with the things they can't. Immune support, musculoskeletal pain, morning sickness, and so much more!

Postnatal & Newborn

These two have to go together. The 4th trimester is a real thing. Having a baby is a big adjustment at home, not to mention the changes occurring in mama and baby's bodies. Having a seasoned mother and a doctor to be in contact with for you or your baby only makes sense. Mothers experience nursing issues, postpartum problems (hemmroids, fissures, PPD, mastitis, etc) are Dr. Cains specialty.

Pediatric

Strange rashes? Allergies? Meltdowns? General health checks without being lectured about your health choices? We can help with most things and the ones we can't, we will find you someone who can.

Choosing a healthcare provider for your family can been difficult. Finding a doctor who aligns with your desires to help you through disease and dysfunction can also be challenging! We strive to make your first visit as informative and stress-free as possible. We don't like surprises and don't want you to have any either. Here are a few things you will want to know prior to booking an appointment:

1. We do not accept insurance. We are different. We strive for BETTER and that includes spending our time on you and your care and not hours on the phone with your insurance company.

2. Visit Investment. Our appointments are investments in your health. We strive to help you understand your body and look at caring for yourself differently. All new patient appointments are $120. Established patients are $95.
